Lakeland, Florida (July 8, 2019)– Excelcia Music Publishing’s latest addition to its acclaimed solo repertoire series, Accessible Solo Repertoire for Percussion, is now available and provides a much-needed edition to a young percussionist’s repertoire.

Written by composer of percussion music, Robert Clayson, Accessible Solo Repertoire for Percussion contains 14 newly-composed or arranged solos for Snare Drum, Bells, Xylophone and Marimba.  Written at grades 1.5 to 3, these solos are perfect for use at an adjudicated solo festival or recital.

Using his experience as an educator, Clayson writes solos that are fun to play and musically stimulating. Full recordings of each piece are available for download from the Excelcia Music Publishing website.

Books in the Accessible Solo Repertoire series are also available for Flute, Bb Clarinet, Alto Saxophone or Baritone Saxophone, Bb Trumpet, Trombone or Euphonium, and Violin.
