Eligibility:  Win a Day with the Author of United System for Winds and Percussion or one (1) of the authors of The Complete Warm-Up for Band. The Complete Warm-Up author picked dependent upon geographical location. The Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Person(s) must be a current Band Teacher in a primary or secondary school. Employees of Excelcia Music Publishing, LLC as well as their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Sponsor: This giveaway is sponsored by Excelcia Music Publishing, LLC 402 S. Kentucky Ave Lakeland, FL 33801. Excelcia Music Publishing, LLC will pay composer's hotel, airfare, fee and lunch for educator and composer as well as one of each book in the series free.

Agreement: Participation in the giveaway constitutes entrants full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Excelcia Music Publishing, LLC, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

Timing:  Offer valid for current Band Director attendees at the Midwest Clinic only during the period of time of the launch parties for the The Complete Warm-Up for Band or the United System for Winds, which takes place on Tuesday December 20^th, 2023 from 1:00pm to 2:00pm and Wednesday December 21^st, 2023 from 11:00am to 12:00pm respectively.  Prize redemption is between January 15^th, 2023 through Dec 4^th 2023.

How to Enter: In person at the Midwest Clinic Chicago, IL. Booth Location 1825 by filling out a Sign-Up card. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per household for the duration of the giveaway, regardless of method of entry. Entries received from any person, e-mail address, or household in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Prizes: One (1) grand prize will be awarded to a current band director per book series to have one of the authors visit them for a day at their school to work with their students. This will include guest conducting, master classes, lectures and lunch.

Prize Drawing: Official Prize drawing will happen on at the conclusion of each launch party date and times listed above. A representative from Excelcia Music Publishing, LLC will select potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. Winner will also be notified within 5 days in writing by email and will have five (5) days to confirm acknowledgment. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her/them, Excelcia Music Publishing, LLC may select an alternate potential winner in his/her/their place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries.
