New Marketing Assistant Alex Mejia Joins Excelcia Music Publishing’s Marketing Team

Excelcia Music Publishing is elated to announce the appointment of Alex Mejia to the position of Marketing Assistant. As a passionate musician with a creative eye and spirited personality, Alex brings a fresh perspective and new ideas to the marketing department. He joins the existing Marketing and Sales team for Wingert-Jones Publications, Kendor Music Publishing, RBC Publications and Excelcia Music Publishing, which includes Marketing Manager Heather Payne and Director of Sales Diana Traietta.

Alex Mejia is a graduate of Florida Southern College, where he studied under the direction of Dr. Jeff Benatar to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Music with a concentration in Music Management, and a minor in Business Administration. A local of Winter Haven, Florida, Alex is a Trombonist who regularly plays at his church and maintains a private teaching studio where he offers lessons in Guitar and music theory. Driven by a passion for extending friendship, mentorship, and counsel, Alex assumed various leadership and service roles throughout college and his early career, and is enthusiastic about carrying his values with him as he embarks on his new career in catering to fellow musicians and educators.
