Sidetracked

Description

Here is a minor blues with a bridge. Inspired by two John Coltrane compositions, Mr. PC and Locomotion, this chart moves seamlessly between sections. After the introduction and initial statement of the clever melody there is a nice development section that gives a dramatic send off to the solo section. There are written solos for Trumpet, Alto Saxophone and Piano with a killer shout chorus.
