Program Notes
A holiday parade has become an American tradition in many communities, welcoming Santa Claus to town. A fun holiday march featuring bits of O Christmas Tree, Jolly Old St. Nicholas, Deck the Halls, Jingle Bells (as a mallet feature), Up on the Housetop, and We Wish You a Merry Christmas, all in march style. Students march in place, and there is a brief drum street cadence and roll-off.
