Brooke Pierson

Brooke Pierson (b. 1987) holds a BA in Music Education from Michigan State University and is currently Chair of the Fine Arts Department at the Washtenaw International High School and Middle Academy, (Ypsilanti, Michigan), teaching Orchestra, Band, Music History, Music Culture, and Music Composition. He has held this position since the school's inception in 2011 where he developed the new program. He also served as the music director of Grace Lutheran Church (Howell, MI) for 8 years as organist and musician. As a composer, his music has been performed throughout the United States including performances by the Dallas Winds and collaborations with Universities and Military Bands.
