In First Year Excelcia Music Publishing Lands Many Midwest Clinic Performances

Lakeland, Florida (November 7, 2019) –  Sixteen pieces from Excelcia Music Publishing’s inaugural release of Concert Band, Orchestra and small ensemble titles were chosen for prestigious performances at the upcoming Midwest Clinic in Chicago this winter.  The publisher’s first Concert Band, String Orchestra and Choral Music, released earlier in 2019, represent over 100 high quality pieces from approximately 50 outstanding composers. 

Excelcia Music Publishing’s pieces which are scheduled for performance by ensembles from around the country at The Midwest Clinic include Sky Bound (Band) by Jon Bubbett, Purple Mountain Heather (Band) by Michael J. Miller, Purple Mountain Heather (Orchestra) by Michael J. Miller, Angels in the Halls (Orchestra) by Matthew R. Putnam, Phoenix (Band) by Tyler Arcari, Nomadic Journey (Orchestra) by Carol Brittin Chambers, Kalos Eidos (Band) by Carol Brittin Chambers, Pipe and Thistle (Band) by Carol Brittin Chambers, Colors of Home (Orchestra) by Alan Lee Silva, Moonlit Skies (Orchestra) by Sean O’Loughlin, as well as three small ensemble pieces by Sean O’Loughlin- Gesu Bambino, Up on the Housetop and For Unto Us a Child is Born. Excelcia Music Publishing titles featured on Reading Sessions at The Midwest Clinic include The Great Clipper Race (Band) by Matthew R. Putnam, Sweet New Moon (Orchestra) by Yukiko Nishimura and Hidden Wonders (Band) by Sean O’Loughlin.

Excelcia Music Publishing will exhibit at The Midwest Clinic in December 2019 at booth 2024.
