David Riggs
A native of Iowa, Riggs graduated from Troy State University in1976 with a Bachelor of Music Education degree. After teaching 11 years in Alabama, he moved to Pace, Fl where he taught at Pace Middle School and Avalon Middle School. Riggs retired in 2017 after teaching 44 years in Middle School and High School, with 39 of those years in Middle School.
